What this website is

This site describes the roofing and exterior services we offer and lets you ask us for a free estimate. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract, a binding quote, or professional advice about your specific property. Submitting a form, chatting with our assistant, or speaking with us does not create a contract for work.

Work we perform is governed by the written contract you and we sign before that work begins. Where anything on this site differs from your signed contract, the signed contract controls.

Estimates

Our in-home estimates are free and carry no obligation. We don't publish prices or price ranges, because the cost of exterior work depends on the specific property — its size, pitch, access, existing condition, materials, and what we find once we're on site. Any figure we give you is set out in a written estimate, and it is valid only for the scope and the period stated on that estimate.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on qualifying systems, and any workmanship warranty we offer, are described in the manufacturer's own documentation and in your signed contract. Those documents are the complete statement of what is warranted. Nothing on this website — including anything our chat assistant tells you — extends, modifies, or creates a warranty for your particular job.

Insurance claims

We can help you document storm or other damage and work through the claims paperwork with your insurer. We cannot and do not guarantee that a claim will be approved, or that any particular amount will be paid. Coverage decisions belong to your insurance carrier alone, and are governed by your policy.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

These terms apply to the Ireland Contracting text messaging program.

What you'll receive. If you opt in, we may text you about the estimate or project you asked us about — appointment confirmations, scheduling and crew-arrival updates, questions about your project, and answers when you text us. These are service messages about work you contacted us about. We do not send promotional or mass-marketing text blasts.

How you opt in. By ticking the optional consent box on one of our estimate or contact forms, by answering yes when our chat assistant asks you, or by texting us first. The box is never pre-ticked, and the chat assistant asks once and takes no for an answer. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase and is never required to submit a form or to get an estimate.

How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at info@irelandcontracting.com or (412) 492-7663.

Frequency, cost, and delivery. Message frequency varies with your project and is typically only a few messages per request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You are responsible for the mobile number you give us. If it changes or is reassigned, please tell us so we don't text someone else about your project. Full detail on how we handle your number is in our Privacy Policy.

Our chat assistant

This site offers an automated chat assistant to answer common questions and pass your details to our team. It is software, not a person, and it can be wrong or incomplete. It cannot quote prices, commit us to a date, promise a warranty, or bind us to anything. Please treat what it tells you as general information and confirm anything that matters with our team at (412) 492-7663.

Content and trademarks

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and project photos show work our crews performed. You may view, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Please don't republish, sell, or use our content or photos commercially, or use our name, logo, or the marks of the manufacturers we're certified by, without our written permission.

Other websites

We link to third-party sites — manufacturers, review platforms, financing partners, and map and video services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you're on them.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but we don't warrant that everything on it is complete, error-free, or up to date, and details of our services, service area, and certifications can change. The site is provided "as is," and we don't guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits our responsibility for work we actually perform for you — that is governed by your signed contract and by Pennsylvania law, including the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website or these terms belongs in the state or federal courts serving Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
