Company Overview

We are a well-established roofing and exterior company committed to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Helper / Project Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry and grow with a respected company.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with starting and/or closing out roofing and siding projects on-site
• Pick up and deliver materials to and from job sites, vendors, and suppliers
• Maintain communication with crews and team leads to support project needs
• Enter job details, photos, and updates into the Customer Management System (CRM)
• Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory oversight in the warehouse
• Provide general support to project managers and field crews as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer/data entry skills (CRM or construction software experience is a plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required
