Exterior Sales Representative

We're looking for a personable, motivated, and professional Exterior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and other exterior remodeling services. You'll meet with homeowners, conduct exterior inspections, present tailored solutions, and guide clients through the sales and installation process. Industry experience is a plus but not required — we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Perform exterior inspections for roofing, siding, and other home improvement needs
Educate homeowners on available materials and service options
Provide accurate estimates and close sales with integrity and professionalism
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
Track leads, notes, and updates in our CRM system
Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge through regular training

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift 50+ pounds (we train on safety and technique)
Experience in construction, roofing, siding, or in-home sales is a plus — but not required

Helper / Project Assistant

We are a well-established roofing and exterior company committed to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Helper / Project Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry and grow with a respected company.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

Assist with starting and/or closing out roofing and siding projects on-site
Pick up and deliver materials to and from job sites, vendors, and suppliers
Maintain communication with crews and team leads to support project needs
Enter job details, photos, and updates into the Customer Management System (CRM)
Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory oversight in the warehouse
Provide general support to project managers and field crews as needed

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer/data entry skills (CRM or construction software experience is a plus)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude
Construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required
