Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Ireland Contracting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Your use of the site, and our text messaging program, are also covered by our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, contact us through a form or our chat assistant, or apply for a job, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, mobile or landline phone number, mailing address, project details, and (for job applicants) the position and background information you submit. If you give us a mobile number, we may use it to call or text you about your request (see "Text messaging (SMS)" below). We also automatically collect limited technical and usage information — such as your device and browser type, approximate location, and the pages you view — through analytics cookies (see "Cookies and analytics" below). We do not sell or rent your personal information.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule estimates, provide services, and follow up about your project — by phone, email, or text message — and, for job applicants, to evaluate your candidacy and contact you about employment. We do not use your information for marketing emails, and we do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate and measure this website (see "Cookies and analytics" for the limited advertising-measurement use of a hashed email). Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our forms provider, Formspree, so our team can respond to your request.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use our site — for example, which pages are most popular — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your device and browser type, approximate location, and the pages you visit. This information is used in aggregate only, to measure and improve website performance; we do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings. Some pages also embed a Google Map, and our portfolio plays videos from YouTube when you click them; these Google services may set their own cookies.

We advertise through Google Ads and measure which ads lead to inquiries. When you submit a form, your email address is converted into an irreversible encrypted code (a "hash") in your browser and sent to Google solely so it can match your inquiry to an ad click — a feature Google calls enhanced conversions. Google does not receive your actual email address through this process, and we share only the email — never your phone number, name, address, or message. You can prevent this by blocking scripts or cookies in your browser settings or with an ad blocker.

We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. — to measure which ads bring people to our site and lead to inquiries. The Meta Pixel sets cookies and collects limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view here, and shares it with Meta so we can understand how our ads perform. When you submit a form, your email address is converted into an irreversible encrypted code (a "hash") in your browser before being sent to Meta, solely so Meta can match your inquiry to an ad you may have seen; Meta does not receive your actual email address through this process, and we share only the email — never your phone number, name, address, or message. You can opt out through your Facebook ad preferences, or by blocking scripts or cookies in your browser settings or with an ad blocker.

The Meta Pixel and our call-tracking cookies load only after you accept them using the banner shown when you first visit — until then they stay off. Analytics cookies and Google's advertising-measurement cookies, which we use to count visits and to see which ads bring people here, are on by default; you can switch them off by choosing "Decline" on that same banner, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one. If you are visiting from the UK, the EEA, or Switzerland, all of these stay off until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us a mobile number when you request an estimate, contact us, or reply to one of our messages, we may text you about that request — to confirm an appointment, ask a question about your project, send scheduling or crew-arrival updates, or answer you when you text us first. These are service messages about work you asked us about. We do not send promotional or mass-marketing text blasts.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your phone number is never used for advertising or ad measurement — we do not send it to Google, Meta, or any other advertising platform, in any form. It is shared only with the service providers that handle your request on our behalf: our forms provider, Formspree, which delivers your submission to us by email; and our call- and text-messaging provider, CallRail. None of them may use your number for their own marketing.

Your consent to receive text messages from us is never a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will get one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at the phone number or email address below. Message frequency varies with your project and is typically only a few messages per request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You tell us it's OK to text you by ticking the optional consent box on our estimate and contact forms, by answering yes when our chat assistant asks you, or by texting us first. The box is never pre-ticked, the chat assistant asks once and takes no for an answer, and neither is ever required to submit a form or to get an estimate. A record of how and when you agreed — including the full chat conversation, where that's how you told us — is kept with your request.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general, adult audience — primarily homeowners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ask for a date of birth or age, and our forms are designed for home-improvement inquiries only.

If you believe a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at the details below and we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian may also contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of any information we may have inadvertently collected from their child.
